Every submitted assessed work needs an accurate AI-use declaration.
When AI is used, students keep a brief record of the tool, prompt and use.
If AI-generated material appears in the work, cite it at the point of use.
Students retain drafts, notes, source records and version history.
Disclosure does not make a prohibited use acceptable. It helps us judge whether the work can still be authenticated.
No single item is proof. Consider the evidence together.
Use the printout for full detail. This is a quick reference.
